As a Practice Builder - Video & Voice Collaboration Business Development, you'll drive partner ecosystem growth in British Columbia, Canada, in a fully remote teleworker role. Reporting to sales leadership, you'll spearhead business development, smash sales targets, and cultivate strategic partnerships to deliver customer-centric collaboration technologies that transform hybrid work environments. Leveraging HP's cutting-edge portfolio, including Poly video and voice solutions, you'll analyze market trends, incubate revenue opportunities, and empower partners with training, tools, and co-selling support to accelerate adoption of AI-enhanced unified communications. Key to success in this role is your ability to segment and select high-potential partners, develop their practice-building capabilities, and use performance metrics to optimize effectiveness. You'll collaborate closely with resellers, distributors, and HP Financial Services, supporting complex deals from configuration to close while promoting global HP initiatives locally.
