Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business development efforts and execute sales targets for Video & Voice Collaboration solutions
  • Drive adoption of portfolio-based, customer-centric selling practices across the partner ecosystem
  • Analyze market trends and identify potential partners with emerging capabilities in voice and video technologies
  • Develop capabilities and selling practices with priority partners, including certification in focus areas
  • Leverage performance data and metrics to assess and improve partner effectiveness
  • Incubate new business opportunities and grow revenue for assigned HP products and solutions
  • Collaborate with external resellers, distributors, and HP Financial Services to co-sell solutions
  • Select and segment partners, enabling them with value propositions, collaterals, training, and technical resources
  • Co-sell with partners on active opportunities until they achieve independent operations
  • Utilize global HP tools to promote local channel business and accelerate partner sales
  • Support complex deal configurations, pricing strategies, and customer-centric initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development and sales of collaboration technologies including voice, video, and unified communications
  • Demonstrated experience in Video & Voice Collaboration solutions
  • Strong organizational and program management skills
  • Experience in selling to stakeholders and managing complex deals
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Track record of achieving sales targets in channel partner ecosystems
  • Familiarity with performance metrics and data-driven partner evaluation
  • Ability to support deal configurations, pricing, and opportunity acceleration
