You’ll engage cross-functionally with presales peers, alliance partners, and HP product divisions, while providing critical field insights to shape HP’s next-generation innovations. With a flexible workstyle and 25-50% travel, you’ll foster long-term relationships and support RFIs, RFPs, and service opportunities like OS imaging and BIOS customization, all while staying ahead of emerging trends like AI. Key Responsibilities

  • Advise Corporate, Enterprise, and Public Sector customers on IT strategy and solution design
  • Translate business challenges into tailored, future-ready HP solutions
  • Cover the full HP Computing portfolio including PCs, Workstations, Thin Clients, Retail POS, Security, Modern Management, Collaboration, and SaaS
  • Collaborate in account planning, opportunity qualification, and technical deal shaping
  • Identify service opportunities such as OS imaging, BIOS customization, or modern deployment
  • Deliver demos, technical presentations, and competitive insights to build customer confidence
  • Support tenders, RFIs, and RFPs with precise technical input and documentation
  • Lead proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and customer validations
  • Strengthen long-term customer relationships through technical expertise and trust
  • Work closely with presales peers, alliance partners, and product divisions to advance deals
  • Provide structured field feedback to HP’s product and category teams

Required Qualifications

  • Degree or vocational training in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in presales, IT consulting, or solution architecture
  • Strong understanding of hardware, operating systems, cloud, and cybersecurity
  • Fluent in German and English with excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel within Germany and abroad (approx. 25–50%)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Confident with MS Office and CRM tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HP Computing portfolio (PCs, Workstations, Thin Clients, Retail POS)
  • Knowledge of modern management, security, collaboration solutions, and SaaS
  • Proven track record in delivering demos, PoCs, and technical presentations
