Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical recommendations, direction, and guidance on HP Personal Systems offerings for Canadian market
  • Respond to and track technical questions from sales teams, partners, and customers
  • Present advantages of HP’s Personal Systems products, services, and solutions
  • Assist sales representatives in responding to customer RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs
  • Support sales opportunities with in-depth technical understanding of HP offerings
  • Provide updates on technical and environmental regulations impacting Personal Systems
  • Deliver trainings to internal departments on Personal Systems products and solutions
  • Manage technical escalations and deliver proactive technical updates to sales community
  • Collaborate with Presales organization and Worldwide Divisional resources
  • Maintain high service quality and total customer experience (TCE)
  • Ensure competitive technical and professional competence through continuous learning

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a technical/engineering field or computer science
  • Native or close to native level proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Typically 1 year or less of relevant work experience (entry-level role)
  • Strong interest in computer technologies, hardware, operating systems, software, and networking
  • Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to operate independently with minimal tactical direction
  • Self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and knowledge-seeking
  • Full-time availability with flexible workstyle (Flex)
