Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and lead internal and outsourced development activities with manufacturing partners and suppliers for worldwide Inkjet product manufacture from NPI through end-of-lifecycle
  • Lead day-to-day issues management with manufacturing partners, applying new insights and learnings to solve problems
  • Drive 6-Sigma projects and initiatives to enhance manufacturing partner process excellence and technical capabilities
  • Optimize direct/indirect labor and production output improvements at manufacturing partners
  • Support part and product qualification to mitigate shipment risks from assurance of supply issues
  • Influence R&D and Global Business Units in developing new Inkjet products, services, and solutions
  • Optimize costs through automation, design influence, manufacturing overheads, line tooling, test optimization, and warranty reduction
  • Drive Future Ready Transformation initiatives for an agile, resilient, and sustainable HP supply chain
  • Collaborate and communicate with management, internal teams, and partners on design status, project progress, and issue resolution
  • Contribute to innovative projects ensuring on-time delivery of HP Inkjet products to global markets

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent
  • Typically 0-2 years of experience (new graduates welcome)
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Basic understanding of material properties, hardware, and electrical component design
  • Experience with 3D CAD software, statistical analysis, and data visualization
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to relocate to Phetchaburi province, Thailand
