Key Responsibilities

• Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends and patterns related to inefficient or non-compliant operational activities, such as unnecessary repairs or exaggerated parts usage
• Utilize PowerBI, Excel, databases, programming, and statistical correlation to analyze repair operation data
• Partner with global process and operational functions to validate data insights
• Develop action plans to correct deviations and improve repair operational efficiency
• Contribute to the implementation of corrective actions across HP's technology operations
• Ensure proper documentation of findings, actions, and insights
• Share analysis results with stakeholders and management through clear reports and presentations
• Collaborate on innovation projects to drive process improvements in HP's customer-centric hardware services
• Support data-driven decision-making to enhance operational excellence
• Participate in cross-functional teams to apply classroom learnings to real-world HP challenges

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering or Process Engineering
• Process and data mindset: ability to interpret data by understanding the processes behind it
• Strong data analytics skills, structured approach, and attention to accuracy
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in English and strong communication skills
• Availability for 6-12 month internship commitment
• Eligible to work in Spain

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with PowerBI, Excel, or SQL databases
• Basic programming knowledge (e.g., Python or R)
• Prior exposure to operational processes or manufacturing environments
