Key Responsibilities

  • Own Video/Voice Solution focused selling activities aligned to overall account strategy and Account Executive
  • Drive innovation and value propositions for Poly Video/Voice solutions in existing and new accounts
  • Provide expert technical support and lead sales opportunities for collaboration technologies
  • Maintain competitive intelligence on rivals' offerings and navigate complex client organizations
  • Achieve assigned sales quotas through proactive pipeline management and deal closure
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to identify, land, adopt, expand, renew, and close opportunities
  • Establish consultative relationships with clients at all levels, including C-suite executives
  • Develop and present outcome-based solutions tailored to customer business needs
  • Leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance sales performance and customer engagement
  • Ensure high-quality pipeline development and strategic account planning

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in sales or collaborative marketplace environments
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and driving business growth
  • Experience in managing sales processes and building customer relationships
  • Strong understanding of market trends and ability to convert insights into business opportunities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field preferred
  • Experience in Video/Voice collaboration solutions or UCaaS environments
  • Ability to travel up to 25% as needed
  • Successful completion of standard Criminal Records check
