Key Responsibilities

  • Drive proactive sales initiatives for POLY Video/Voice solutions using collaboration expertise
  • Provide expert technical support and lead prospects through the sales process
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of competitors' value propositions
  • Achieve assigned sales quotas and execute successful commercial initiatives
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to identify, acquire, adopt, expand, renew, and close opportunities
  • Ensure high-quality pipeline management and foster strategic collaborations
  • Establish and maintain consultative relationships with clients at all levels, including executive leadership
  • Develop and present outcome-based, tailored solutions addressing customer business needs
  • Navigate complex organizational structures to advance deals
  • Leverage emerging technologies like AI to enhance sales performance and customer engagement

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or a similar role
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and driving business growth
  • Experience in managing sales processes and building customer relationships
  • Strong understanding of market trends and ability to turn insights into business opportunities
  • Basic knowledge of English (read, write, speak) for roles supporting Quebec customers, used daily for internal management communication
  • Successful completion of basic criminal record check
