In this senior architect role, you will spearhead the end-to-end implementation of SAP IBP as HP's core supply chain planning platform, managing integrations with SAP S4 HANA, SAP BW, and third-party tools. Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the IT roadmap for supply chain planning, ensuring alignment with HP's business strategy and priorities
• Lead the implementation of SAP IBP as the core platform for supply chain planning, managing the end-to-end project lifecycle from scoping and planning to testing and deployment
• Manage the integration of SAP IBP with other systems and applications, such as SAP S4 HANA, SAP BW, and related third-party tools
• Oversee the maintenance, support, and enhancement of existing supply chain planning systems and applications, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and security
• Manage a team of IT architects, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback, while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and external partners, acting as a trusted advisor for IT-related matters
• Monitor and report on IT performance, risks, and issues, ensuring compliance with HP's IT policies, standards, and best practices
• Provide thought leadership by understanding supply chain planning trends, bringing external perspectives, industry standards, and best practices to redefine architecture and position HP for future innovation
• Collaborate with HP's global teams to deliver customer-centric supply chain solutions that drive operational excellence
• Champion innovative technologies to enhance forecasting, supply planning, inventory optimization, and available-to-promise capabilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field
• Minimum 15-18 years of IT experience, with at least 10 years as an enterprise architect
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale and complex IT projects, preferably in the supply chain planning domain
• Extensive experience with SAP IBP, S4 HANA primarily Advanced ATP / ABC capabilities / Order management including configuration, customization, integration, testing, and deployment
• Extensive knowledge of real time integration (RTI), harmonized planning area, order based planning etc.
• Experience with other supply chain planning tools and technologies, such as Kinaxis, O9 etc.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field
• Experience leading global teams across multiple regions
• International travel experience and willingness to travel up to 25%
• Certifications in SAP IBP or related supply chain technologies
• Demonstrated thought leadership in supply chain planning trends and industry best practices
• Prior experience in a multinational technology company like HP Inc.
