Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Agentic AI systems using LLMs and multi-agent frameworks for autonomous decision-making and task execution
• Build scalable automation solutions to streamline manual processes and enhance operational efficiency at HP
• Proactively identify and assess high-impact opportunities for AI and automation through collaboration with business and technical stakeholders
• Integrate AI-driven solutions with enterprise systems like JIRA, SharePoint, and ServiceNow via APIs and cloud platforms
• Lead the full development lifecycle from concept, POC, to deployment and optimization
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical architectures
• Stay current on advancements in GenAI, Agentic AI, and intelligent automation to evolve HP's solution capabilities
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive innovation and measurable impact in HP's technology ecosystem
• Apply strong problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges in AI and automation
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences, fostering HP's customer-centric culture

Required Qualifications

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related discipline or commensurate work experience
• Typically 7-10 years of work experience in computer programming languages, agile development methodology, or related field
• Strong programming background with Python required
• Hands-on experience developing GenAI/LLM-based applications
• Experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain Agents, OpenAI Agents, or AutoGen
• Knowledge of building automation workflows using RPA tools, scripting, or custom logic

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI with enterprise tools like JIRA, Salesforce, SharePoint
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Microsoft Azure
• Prior experience leading discovery workshops or assessments for AI/automation opportunities
• Familiarity with RAG, vector databases, and enterprise data systems
• Project management experience with Agile mindset
