Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and scale high-impact ABM strategy incorporating one-to-one, one-to-few, and one-to-many approaches aligned with HP’s business goals
  • Lead transformation from traditional marketing to advanced ABM framework, including process redesign and technology optimization
  • Partner with executive leadership to drive organization-wide ABM adoption
  • Align marketing and sales through shared KPIs, account prioritization, and co-owned strategies
  • Oversee adoption and optimization of ABM platforms integrated with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools
  • Leverage predictive analytics and AI for precision targeting and pipeline growth
  • Build, mentor, and lead a team of ABM specialists, content strategists, and campaign managers

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience

  • Proven experience implementing ABM frameworks
  • Experience aligning marketing with sales teams
  • Strong track record in driving revenue growth through ABM
