Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of deal execution, including target identification, engagement, structuring, valuation, and negotiation
  • Establish relationships with Global Business Units to develop inorganic growth strategies and execution plans
  • Cultivate and manage a robust deal pipeline with internal stakeholders and external advisors like investment banks
  • Apply financial acumen and strategic insight to support executive decision-making on M&A opportunities
  • Lead cross-functional due diligence teams to evaluate risks, synergies, and business models
  • Oversee internal review and approval processes with C-level executives and Board members
  • Collaborate with M&A integration teams for seamless post-deal value realization
  • Drive innovation through inorganic investments aligned with HP’s technology portfolio
  • Partner with senior leaders to prioritize M&A that accelerates diversification and growth
  • Monitor market trends in technology sectors like AI, remote computing, and gaming

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in corporate development or related fields
  • Minimum of 5 years in a transactional role involving M&A or divestitures
  • Proven track record managing complex projects
  • Experience leading deal execution from identification to closure
  • Strong financial acumen and strategic business insight
  • Ability to oversee cross-functional teams and C-level approvals

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA strongly preferred
  • Experience in M&A or Corporate Development within major technology corporations
  • Background in investment banking, consulting, or private equity
  • Familiarity with technology sector acquisitions, such as in AI, gaming, or collaboration tools
