Key Responsibilities

  • Architect, design, and manage enterprise directory services including Active Directory and Entra ID environments
  • Manage DNS, DNS security, and complex DNS configurations
  • Provide leadership in technical standards, architectural roadmaps, and best practices for directory services
  • Plan and design forest and domain redesigns, modernization of legacy domains, and strategic directory initiatives
  • Partner with security and network teams to align security, compliance, and business requirements
  • Serve as subject matter expert for directory services and DNS, advising on architectural strategies and methodologies
  • Maintain detailed documentation for projects, including architectural designs, changes, specifications, and guidelines
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders on complex topics, providing guidance and solutions
  • Manage authorization and authentication protocols including Kerberos, SAML, and NTLM
  • Drive innovation in directory services to support HP's customer-centric technology solutions

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of industry experience at the expert level in directory services
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
  • MCSE or other related Microsoft certifications
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex directory services projects including modernization, migrations, and consolidations
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with Active Directory and Entra ID
  • Expert knowledge of DNS, including security and complex configurations
  • Experience with authorization and authentication protocols such as Kerberos, SAML, NTLM
  • Experience with OpenLDAP

Preferred Qualifications

  • Server virtualization experience in on-prem and public cloud environments
  • Python programming experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Graph, Infoblox, DDNS, and public cloud DNS
