  • Lead and manage a team of senior individual contributors and managers to achieve revenue and margin goals
  • Develop targeted business plans and strategies using domain knowledge to drive growth
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with key client executives
  • Utilize competitive intelligence for accurate sales forecasting and account planning
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources based on market trends and data-driven insights
  • Design and oversee sales incentive programs to motivate high performance

Required Qualifications

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • Typically 10+ years of job-related experience in sales or business management
  • 8-10 years of management experience leading sales teams
  • Proven track record in achieving revenue and margin goals
  • Experience in developing business strategies and sales forecasts
  • Demonstrated competence in budget planning and resource allocation
  • Strong understanding of sales processes in technology/hardware sectors

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in HP or technology sales environments
