Key Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite technical leadership for video conferencing systems, ensuring seamless Teams and Zoom operations
  • Configure, integrate, and maintain AV equipment, control systems, and structured cabling infrastructure
  • Perform real-time troubleshooting of network protocols (SIP, H.323, TCP/IP) and LAN/WAN issues
  • Develop and mentor junior team members to enhance overall support capabilities
  • Create and interpret AV signal diagrams for complex installations
  • Maintain codecs and MTR systems with a focus on reliability and performance
  • Collaborate with HP's global teams to align solutions with innovative technology roadmaps
  • Drive customer-centric resolutions, prioritizing innovation and strategic alignment
  • Document support activities and contribute to knowledge base for continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with HP's ethical standards and EEO policies in all operations

Required Qualifications
