As the primary account owner, you will spearhead end-to-end strategies for a defined set of small enterprise accounts across all Quebec cities, focusing on new customer acquisition and portfolio-wide outcomes. In this remote teleworker role, you will act as the 'account lead,' coordinating internal resources to deliver HP's cutting-edge solutions in Personal Systems, Print, Poly, Managed Devices, and Services. Emphasizing outcome-based selling, you will align HP's transformative technologies with customer initiatives to enhance IT systems, employee experiences, and business results, embodying HP's customer-centric culture of innovation. Key to success will be building strategic C-suite relationships, conducting proactive quarterly planning with cross-functional pods, and expanding share-of-wallet through tailored propositions. You will host customer welcome meetings for seamless handoffs, manage pipeline growth, account profitability, and retention while navigating complex organizations to uncover opportunities. Leveraging HP's leadership in AI and emerging technologies, you will use digital insights to personalize interactions, boost productivity, and drive intelligent decisions, positioning HP as a trusted partner in technological advancement. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of tech sales experience, proven C-level engagement, and P&L management skills, with basic English proficiency for Quebec-based internal communications.
