Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute end-to-end account strategies for small enterprise accounts in Quebec
  • Drive new customer acquisition and expand share-of-wallet across HP portfolio including Personal Systems, Print, Poly, Managed Devices, and Services
  • Develop and lead C-suite relationships to position HP as a strategic partner in IT and employee experience transformation
  • Conduct proactive account planning and quarterly reviews with cross-functional teams
  • Identify customer initiatives and align HP solutions to build outcome-based sales propositions
  • Manage account profitability, pipeline growth, and customer retention
  • Coordinate internal resources across departments to ensure seamless execution and adoption
  • Host customer welcome meetings for smooth transitions to delivery teams

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven sales experience in the technology sector
  • Demonstrated success in strategic account management and direct sales
  • Experience managing full account P&L and pipeline growth
  • Basic knowledge of English (read, write, speak) for daily internal communications in Quebec roles
  • Track record of building C-level executive relationships
  • Experience in outcome-based selling and business case development
  • Ability to lead local and global account teams
