Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the multi-year product and portfolio strategy for HP’s Core Workstation line, aligning with company-wide objectives and technology roadmaps
  • Translate market insights, customer needs, and emerging trends into clear product direction and vision
  • Oversee global product lifecycle management from concept to end-of-life, optimizing value, profitability, and competitiveness
  • Establish and manage key global performance metrics including growth, profitability, attach rates, and customer satisfaction
  • Partner with finance and analytics teams to assess market position, share performance, and ROI on strategic initiatives
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations leaders to ensure executable and differentiated product strategies
  • Serve as the organization’s subject matter expert on workstation market, emerging technologies, and customer workflows
  • Provide data-backed insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
  • Lead and develop a high-performing global team of product managers and planners
  • Champion process improvements, tools, and best practices to elevate product planning maturity
  • Drive cross-functional alignment to support HP’s innovation and customer experience standards

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in product planning or product strategy
  • Significant experience leading global portfolios and lifecycle planning
  • Proven success in defining and executing large-scale product strategies in a global technology or hardware organization
  • Experience in the workstation or professional computing market
  • Demonstrated ability to manage global product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life
  • Track record of driving profitable growth through data-driven portfolio decisions
