Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within existing corporate and enterprise accounts in Belgium
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, understanding their IT priorities, challenges, and transformation goals
  • Craft and position tailored HP solutions in services, security, AI, and innovative technologies to drive client success
  • Lead strategic account planning, forecasting, pipeline management, and exceed quarterly revenue targets
  • Develop and execute consultative sales strategies aligned with industry trends and competitive landscapes
  • Orchestrate virtual teams, including HP specialists and partner ecosystems, to deliver integrated solutions
  • Lead proposal development, complex negotiations, and ensure successful deal closures
  • Foster long-term partnerships by influencing short-term wins and long-term strategic growth
  • Champion HP’s customer-centric culture and innovation vision in all client interactions
  • Monitor account health, upsell opportunities, and provide regular business reviews to clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align HP’s cutting-edge portfolio with client needs

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven experience in enterprise sales or account management within the IT/technology sector
  • Fluency in English, Dutch, and French (written and spoken)
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in corporate accounts
  • Experience in consultative selling to senior executives in corporate and enterprise environments
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions including services, security, and AI technologies
  • Ability to travel as needed within Belgium and occasionally internationally
  • Full-time availability with flexible workstyle (Flex)
