Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for supply chain functions at HP Inc.
• Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and user-friendly visualization to drive HP's customer-centric decision-making
• Perform deep-dive analysis to identify supply chain trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities
• Develop KPIs, metrics, and automated reporting frameworks tailored to HP's innovative technology ecosystem
• Apply machine learning models (predictive, classification, clustering) to optimize supply chain processes
• Collaborate with data science teams to integrate AI/ML outputs into Power BI reports for real-time insights
• Support experimentation including A/B testing, forecasting, and anomaly detection to enhance HP's operational efficiency
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate supply chain business requirements into data-driven solutions
• Mentor junior analysts in Power BI best practices, data storytelling, and analytical techniques
• Contribute to HP's culture of innovation by leveraging advanced analytics for technology-driven supply chain excellence

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis and visualization
• Expert-level knowledge in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling, performance tuning)
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases
• Hands-on knowledge of AI/ML techniques (regression, classification, clustering, forecasting)
• Experience with Python or R for data analysis and machine learning
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure Data Services / Power Platform
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Familiarity with MLOps / deploying ML models into production
• Experience in mentoring or leading junior analysts
• Background in supply chain operations or analytics
