About the Role

In this role, you'll contribute to a responsive, predictable, and cost-effective supply chain that drives competitive advantage for HP's cutting-edge printing products. Part of a collaborative 9-person team with a manager in Prague, you'll work closely with remote operations support in India, leveraging HP's technology-driven culture to influence planning, purchasing strategies, and product roadmaps while ensuring flawless execution to meet shipment, revenue, inventory, and market share goals. As an intern, you'll support key processes including inventory analysis, demand management, and logistics coordination, while monitoring and improving operational efficiency. You'll assist in data analysis, reporting, process documentation, and cross-functional initiatives, gaining hands-on experience in a customer-centric environment where innovation reshapes global supply chains. Key Responsibilities

  • Support monitoring and improvement of supply chain processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and clarity
  • Assist in documenting and communicating process changes to relevant internal teams
  • Contribute to operational excellence by supporting timely resolution of system and process inquiries
  • Participate in cross-functional process improvement or re-engineering initiatives
  • Provide support in data analysis and reporting activities for supply chain operations
  • Help monitor inventory levels and support demand management activities
  • Collaborate with remote teams, including operations support in India, on planning and fulfillment tasks
  • Assist in achieving shipment, revenue, inventory, and market share objectives for Printing products
  • Support logistics coordination and planning strategies to enable a responsive supply chain
  • Contribute to influencing product roadmaps through supply chain insights

Required Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field at a university in Spain, remaining enrolled until the end of the internship
  • Available to start the internship in February 2026 and continue until June–July 2026
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work across different IT environments
  • Self-driven, reliable, and able to take ownership of assigned tasks
  • Excellent English language skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior exposure to supply chain management or operations through coursework or projects
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP
  • Knowledge of demand planning or inventory management principles
  • Basic understanding of AI applications in supply chain optimization
