You will collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Logistics, Planning, Marketing, and more to build and implement a robust Logistics strategy, leveraging manufacturing and planning data to create advanced forecasting tools. Your work will enhance DC inventory capacity modeling, inbound/outbound transportation planning, and compliance with air/ocean modes, ultimately maturing network resilience, financial accuracy, DC labor planning, and transportation capacity. Key to success in this role is designing and implementing cutting-edge Logistics Capacity tools and processes, performing sophisticated capacity modeling and scenario planning to recommend improvements in network efficiency, asset utilization, and capital investments. As a subject matter expert, you will contribute to HP's digital strategy by enhancing supply planning systems, developing analytical tools and dashboards, and defining KPIs to measure effectiveness. You will facilitate critical capacity planning meetings, apply change management principles for process improvements, and proactively monitor inventory levels to mitigate risks, all while fostering HP's culture of innovation and collaboration. Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Logistics Capacity tools and processes to align with HP's strategic objectives
  • Perform capacity modeling and scenario planning to optimize network efficiency, asset utilization, and capital investments
  • Serve as subject matter expert in enhancing supply planning systems as part of HP's digital transformation strategy
  • Develop analytical tools and dashboards to improve planning accuracy and team efficiency
  • Define and track KPIs for supply plan effectiveness, including utilization and capacity vs. plan
  • Facilitate capacity planning meetings and ensure alignment across Operations, Logistics, Planning, and Marketing
  • Leverage historical data to create forward-looking planning models in partnership with business teams
  • Proactively monitor DC inventory capacity levels, identify risks, and recommend recovery solutions
  • Recommend process and analytics automation opportunities to drive innovation
  • Support Total Customer Experience (TCE) initiatives, causal analysis, and continuous improvement
  • Work cross-functionally with transportation, planning, fulfillment, finance, manufacturing, and customer operations

Required Qualifications

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or related discipline
  • Typically 4-7 years of work experience in procurement, supply chain, or related field
  • Or advanced degree with 3-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Demonstrated competence in supply chain planning and logistics
  • Experience in capacity modeling and scenario planning
  • Proficiency in developing analytical tools and dashboards
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to apply change management principles

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in high-tech manufacturing or technology supply chains
  • Knowledge of HP's supply chain systems and digital tools
  • Background in transportation capacity planning and DC inventory management
  • Familiarity with forecasting tools using manufacturing data
