Serving as the go-to expert for HP | Poly products like intelligent cameras, video bars, headsets, and voice endpoints, you’ll integrate these with platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet to transform meeting experiences. Collaborating with customers, partners, and HP sales teams, you’ll identify business needs, craft tailored UC solutions, and demonstrate how HP’s technology drives innovation and trust to win business. In this customer-centric role, you’ll provide technical consulting to Corporate, Enterprise, and Public Sector clients across Germany, acting as a trusted advisor who bridges business goals with technological opportunities. Your days will involve engaging technical decision-makers through demos, proof-of-concepts, RFP responses, and account planning, while spotting upsell chances for HP services like device configuration and remote management. You’ll conduct enablement sessions, stay ahead of UC trends including AI advancements, and partner with presales experts from HP’s Computing, Print, and Services units to deliver seamless, cross-portfolio solutions that make work smarter and more collaborative. Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical consulting for Corporate, Enterprise, and Public Sector customers across Germany
• Engage with customers to understand their collaboration strategy and translate it into HP | Poly solution designs
• Represent the full HP | Poly portfolio: intelligent cameras, video bars, headsets, voice endpoints, and UC integrations with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet
• Act as trusted advisor by connecting business goals with technology opportunities
• Support the sales process with demos, proof-of-concepts, and RFP/RFI responses
• Collaborate in account planning, opportunity qualification, and competitive analysis
• Identify attach opportunities for services such as device configuration, analytics, and remote management
• Conduct technical enablement sessions for customers and internal teams
• Stay up to date with UC trends, emerging AI features, and network technologies
• Work closely with presales peers from Computing, Print, and Services to build integrated customer solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or vocational training in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in presales, technical consulting, or solution design, ideally in Unified Communications or AV environments
• Strong understanding of IP networks, VoIP, and UC platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Google Meet
• Fluent in German and English, with excellent presentation and communication skills
• Willingness to travel (25–50%) within Germany and abroad, plus a valid driver’s license
• Familiarity with MS Office, CRM systems, and sales analytics tools
• Experience providing technical consulting for Corporate, Enterprise, and Public Sector customers
