Key Responsibilities

  • Operate machinery and assembly equipment to complete direct assembly tasks and support factory processes
  • Gather, assess, and analyze data on manufacturing processes and equipment performance
  • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and repair manuals to dismantle, adjust, repair, and assemble equipment
  • Manage and update documentation for manufacturing processes within HP systems
  • Provide hands-on support to resolve technical quality issues from customer complaints, engineering, and test methods
  • Collect operating data for online equipment adjustments and process optimization
  • Adhere to HP standards, legal guidelines, and ensure confidentiality of company data
  • Assist in implementing new processes and support department-level operational plans
  • Make suggestions for continuous improvement and share technical insights with team and clients
  • Solve routine to moderately complex problems using established procedures under supervision

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED)/Higher Secondary education or equivalent
  • 2-4 years of work experience in manufacturing systems, equipment maintenance, or machine operation
  • Demonstrated competence in operating assembly machinery and factory equipment
  • Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
  • Experience in data collection, analysis, and process optimization
  • Familiarity with manufacturing documentation and quality resolution processes
  • Adherence to company, legal, and regulatory standards

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in electronics manufacturing or hardware assembly at a technology company
  • Knowledge of HP manufacturing processes or similar high-tech environments
  • Certifications in automation, SAP applications, or technical support
