Key Responsibilities

• Apply basic knowledge of job skills and HP policies to complete routine to moderately complex tasks
• Perform calibration, testing, and assembly of electromechanical components in HP's production lines
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues with independent judgment
• Allocate time efficiently to meet production schedules and quality targets
• Follow general instructions while contributing to team goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Maintain equipment and workstations to HP's high standards of safety and innovation
• Support sustainable manufacturing practices aligned with HP's commitment to positive planetary impact
• Document work processes and report issues to ensure continuous improvement
• Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance technology assembly and testing procedures

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Diploma or equivalent in electromechanical technology or related field
• 1-2 years of related experience in manufacturing or technical support
• Basic knowledge of electromechanical technology and principles
• Ability to work on routine to moderately complex assignments with independent judgment
• Experience with calibration tools and equipment
• Availability for 11-hour rotating shifts in an onsite manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of HP policies, procedures, and safety standards
• High school diploma or equivalent as a minimum entry requirement

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Manufacturing Technician, Test Technician, or Maintenance Technician
• Familiarity with HP's manufacturing processes and quality standards
• Experience in electronics assembly or testing in a high-volume production setting
• Certifications in electromechanical systems or calibration
• Previous work in a global technology company like HP
• Ability to troubleshoot electromechanical issues efficiently
