Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative tasks including document creation, data entry, and management within the department
  • Create materials using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Handle application processes, filing, and telephone correspondence
  • Utilize dedicated HP systems and software for operational support
  • Support supply chain and operations by pulling data from databases and running basic SAP transactions under supervision
  • Prepare ad hoc reports and analysis to aid demand-supply matching
  • Update end-of-day reports for leadership and assist in KPI tracking
  • Contribute to project management initiatives and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of office work experience
  • Practical experience using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite for document creation and data management
