Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute global product strategy for docks and displays, aligning with HP’s Future of Work vision, commercial systems roadmap, and AI PC initiatives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to innovate customer-centric solutions based on deep market insights and emerging trends
  • Manage multi-billion dollar P&L with exceptional business acumen to drive profitability and growth
  • Foster collaboration across HP divisions, functions, and external industry partners to build ecosystem solutions
  • Build and mentor globally matrixed teams, cultivating a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Drive solutions launch narratives, portfolio value propositions, and go-to-market strategies

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in global product management and engineering
  • Proven track record leading large-scale, multi-billion dollar product lines in technology hardware
  • Deep expertise in display technologies, docking solutions, and PC industry ecosystems
  • Demonstrated success in end-to-end business management including P&L responsibility
  • Experience driving innovation in hybrid work solutions aligned with AI and Future of Work strategies
  • Strong history of building and leading globally matrixed teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous executive leadership in the PC or consumer electronics industry
  • Experience with commercial systems roadmaps and AI PC initiatives at HP or similar firms
