Role Overview

The HR Business Partner EMEA - French Speaking role, based in Dublin CAH Office, Ireland, reports directly to the EMEA HR Manager. This strategic position oversees all HR matters for France, Benelux, and the International Marketing team. Key Responsibilities

As HRBP EMEA, you'll balance business partnering with employee advocacy to build a positive, high-performing culture. Core duties include:

  • Managing Work Council relationships in key regions.
  • Leading local and regional HR initiatives on talent, culture, employee surveys, and compensation (40% of time).
  • Serving as a change agent and culture curator, collaborating with HR Centers of Expertise on enterprise programs.
  • Developing plans to boost employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, and inclusion through targeted communication strategies.
  • Championing talent development, influencing hiring for key positions, and directing competitive compensation and benefits programs.
  • Partnering with country leaders to implement strategic HR initiatives, supporting them as strategist, coach, and architect.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed, candidates need:

  • A minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • At least 3+ years of direct HR business partner experience.
  • Fluency in French and English (mandatory).
  • Ideal experience with Work Councils; pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device background is a plus.
  • Proven time management, multitasking, planning, and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
