The HR Business Partner EMEA - French Speaking role, based in Dublin CAH Office, Ireland, reports directly to the EMEA HR Manager. This strategic position oversees all HR matters for France, Benelux, and the International Marketing team. You'll align business objectives with human capital strategies, driving employee engagement, talent initiatives, learning & development, and compensation analysis. With 40% of time dedicated to EMEA projects like Employee Engagement Surveys, this role demands business acumen to influence decisions on financials, culture, and competition.
