Role Overview

As an HR Learning Associate Analyst at PepsiCo in Bogotá, Colombia, you will act as a strategic partner to Operations, supporting the creation, tracking, and execution of training and development plans. You will manage platforms, accompany Rangers facilitators, and contribute to transformation projects. This full-time role offers a chance to drive impactful learning initiatives in a dynamic food and beverage leader.

Your work ensures Operations teams in Colombia receive top-tier training, leveraging digital tools for self-learning and development. Travel within Colombia may be required to support deployments.

Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will:

  • Ensure the development of the Operations Colombia training curriculum.
  • Monitor and execute training and development programs for Operations collaborators.
  • Manage the Rangers facilitator program and coordinate training deployments across teams.
  • Guarantee effective use of learning platforms including Schoox, Degreed, pepfluent, and MyLearning.
  • Handle data registration, KPI reporting, and analysis of training supports like attendance and evaluations.
  • Facilitate training sessions and develop communication strategies at all organizational levels.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • A degree in Psychology, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • At least one year of experience in HR or similar positions.
  • Proven experience in budget management and performance indicators.
  • Intermediate English proficiency.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office and other applications.
