Your mission will be… 
  • Efficiently respond to employee inquiries and requests through AskHR.
  • Maintain and regularly update internal databases with crucial employee information.
  • Provide support on the applications used
  • Ensure that all data is accurate, accessible, and well-organized for employee self-service.
  • Support transparency and empower employees by providing up-to-date resources and information.

We are looking for someone with…
  • University degree in Psychology, Human Resources or related fields;
  • Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken) is mandatory;
  • A good level of English will be highly valued, as it will be considered a plus for the position.
  • Solid MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel and Outlook);
  • Workday and SAP knowledge (strong plus);
  • Team player, with a strong customer focus, results and quality orientation;
  • Reliability, organization, autonomy and strong communication skills;
  • Motivation and resilience;
  • Flexibility, multitasking and problem solving orientation;
  • Capability to work in an Agile environment.
