The HR Ops Asst Analyst position in San Nicolas de los Garza, Nuevo Leon, Mexico, is a dynamic role serving as a strategic support point for HR processes across LATAM and expanding into North America. As the single window for managers and employees, you'll handle queries, resolve issues, and execute key administrative transactions primarily through digital channels. This full-time role ensures agile, reliable, and consistent employee experiences in sensitive areas like payroll, benefits, and compliance. Ideal for those passionate about HR operations, customer service, and process efficiency in a fast-paced multinational environment.
Act as the primary point of contact, responding to doubts, providing follow-up, and channeling cases to specialists as needed. Deliver exceptional service to frontline (FL) and L01+ levels.
Execute transactions with precision for hiring, terminations, compensation, benefits (grocery, gas, restaurant), insurance, IMSS, and workforce administration, minimizing errors that directly impact employees.
Maintain a seamless experience across email, phone, chat, and WhatsApp, ensuring consistency and reliability in every interaction.
Escalate complex cases to specialized teams, collaborate directly with leaders to understand processes, identify opportunities, and propose actionable improvements.
Provide guidance and monitor HR processes for the LATAM portfolio, with growing scope in North America.
We seek candidates with a completed Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Systems, or Administrative Technology Management. Desirable prior experience in HR and customer service is a plus. Key requirements include advanced conversational English, proficiency in Office 365 tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams), and the ability to analyze complex problems for actionable solutions. Essential skills encompass top-tier customer service, comfort in ambiguous settings, digital savvy with emerging technologies, and a drive for process improvements.
