Key Responsibilities

As an HR Ops Asst Analyst, your impact will be felt across PepsiCo's HR ecosystem. Key duties include:

• Processing new hire onboarding in internal tools and local country payroll systems to ensure timely payments for Mexico and Latam collaborators.
• Maintaining continuous communication with HR teams and local HROPS for smooth operations.
• Generating contracts for new hires, reentries, or international transfers.
• Analyzing reports and information from the HR area to drive insights.
• Following up on extraordinary cases via email and maintaining detailed logbooks.
• Validating information accuracy to uphold compliance and efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements
