The HR People Experience Manager at PepsiCo's Delta, BC facility is pivotal in elevating employee experiences across Operations, Warehouse, and Delivery in British Columbia. In this strategic HR leadership role, you will implement comprehensive People initiatives for client groups, covering workforce management, employee relations, talent development, engagement, and change management. Promote a healthy work environment by negotiating collective agreements, enforcing policies, managing grievance resolutions, and participating in labour meetings. Lead employee investigations to ensure fair outcomes, deliver training to management teams, and consult on staffing plans while guiding recruitment. Support directors in performance management and succession planning, advise on change leadership, and partner on disability cases and return-to-work processes. Collaborate to execute site-level strategies enhancing organizational health and culture.
Excel in unionized settings by administering company procedures and resolving complex labour issues efficiently.
Work closely with executives and frontline teams to align HR efforts with operational success.
Candidates need a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial/Labour Relations, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Approximately 8 years of People Management experience is essential, with proven labour relations work in unionized environments. Demonstrate ability to build credibility and influence across management and frontline employees. Deep understanding of labour standards, laws, and regulations in Canada is required. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel for People analyses and PowerPoint for presentations, is key. Occasional travel between Surrey and Delta is expected. Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and business acumen set top candidates apart.
