Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Promote a healthy work environment by negotiating collective agreements, enforcing policies, managing grievance resolutions, and participating in labour meetings. Lead employee investigations to ensure fair outcomes, deliver training to management teams, and consult on staffing plans while guiding recruitment. Support directors in performance management and succession planning, advise on change leadership, and partner on disability cases and return-to-work processes. Collaborate to execute site-level strategies enhancing organizational health and culture.
