  • Plan, control, and coordinate talent and culture programs to create a positive work climate conducive to business success.
  • Design and implement training and certification plans that address business needs and promote employee growth.
  • Ensure compliance with SASS Policy, GEHSMS management systems, Food Safety Policy, and Integral Quality System requirements.
  • Manage personnel controls, including file integrity, turnover rates, retention, food safety, security, and mobility metrics.
  • Administer compensations from Collective Bargaining Agreements and handle internal/external labor issue resolution.
  • Monitor punctuality, absenteeism, and absences; enforce general policies.
  • Secure necessary personnel for production lines through external recruitment and internal career path management.
  • Develop strategies to address absenteeism and turnover opportunities.
  • Organize employee events for recognition and integration; participate in MOTOR and integrating teams.
  • Coordinate Quality of Life Committee, Recognition Committee, and Labor Team; innovate In & Out programs for motivation.
  • Implement and maintain SGA/SIGLOSS systems, achieving 800 points in GEHSMS and communicating roles/responsibilities.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in similar HR positions.

  • Excellent communication and experience in personnel management.
