Role Overview

The HR Services Specialist role in Barcelona, Spain, is pivotal in delivering day-to-day operational and administrative support to HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and Generalists. This position partners closely with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) including Learning & Development, Compensation, Benefits, and Employee Experience to manage HR programs and initiatives. Based in Barcelona, you'll ensure seamless HR operations in a fast-paced, global cybersecurity leader. Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic HR role, you'll handle critical tasks that keep our people operations running smoothly:

  • Manage the overall off-boarding process for exiting employees, ensuring compliance and a positive experience.
  • Assist with employee relations matters and investigations, providing thoughtful support.
  • Support HRBPs in strategic year-round HR programs and initiatives.
  • Provide case management and resolution for tier 2 inquiries for assigned client groups.
  • Prepare standard and ad-hoc reports or dashboards for baseline HR analysis.
  • Partner with HRBPs to create presentations and materials for HR-related meetings.
  • Serve as an advocate for HR Operations COEs, delivering administrative support for key programs.
  • Collaborate with L&D to facilitate trainings on HR initiatives.
  • Work with the HR Technology team to configure systems and processes based on business needs.
  • Partner with HR Shared Services on employment lifecycle changes and data integrity.

Additional duties include staying abreast of employment laws, identifying process improvements, and tackling ad-hoc projects.
