The HR Solution Architect at PepsiCo is a strategic role within the PE&Ops function, focused on rationalizing and optimizing the HR technology portfolio. Reporting to the Enterprise Domain Architect for Global Functions, this position ensures all HR solutions align with PepsiCo's enterprise technology standards and support broader transformation initiatives. You will collaborate with Strategy & Transformation teams, business stakeholders, Enterprise Architecture peers, system integrators, and third-party engineers to deliver efficient, scalable solutions that reduce IT costs and complexity while enhancing long-term viability.
This full-time role in Purchase, New York, offers a disclosed salary range of $89,000 to $149,000, with potential upside based on experience, plus a 10% performance bonus. It's ideal for seasoned professionals passionate about HR technology, architecture governance, and cross-functional leadership.
Work directly with stakeholders to design highly usable, scalable, extensible, and maintainable HR solutions. Create conceptual, logical, and physical architecture diagrams, along with application and technical design documents, leveraging PepsiCo's best practices.
Evangelize Enterprise Architecture standards, governance processes, and the capabilities of standard platforms. Ensure re-use and lift-and-shift of capabilities across deployments to maximize efficiency.
Support onboarding, training, and solution governance with the DEVSECOPS team. Adopt Waterfall and Agile principles, proactively address ambiguous problems, gather information, drive alignment, and troubleshoot key implementation issues to resolution.
To succeed in this role, candidates need hands-on experience with HR solutions system design, development, and implementation. A proven track record leading cross-functional and geographically distributed teams is essential, as is the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
