Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities with enterprises of 500+ employees through direct sales outreach
  • Conduct discovery calls, demos, and presentations showcasing HubSpot's CRM and inbound marketing solutions
  • Develop and execute territory plans to drive pipeline growth and achieve quarterly/annual sales targets
  • Build long-term relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders in target accounts
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineering and Customer Success teams for seamless deal handoffs
  • Leverage HubSpot's growth tools to analyze customer data and optimize sales strategies
  • Participate in inbound lead nurturing and outbound campaigns tailored to mid-market enterprises
  • Report on sales metrics, forecasts, and market insights using HubSpot's reporting features
  • Stay updated on inbound marketing trends and HubSpot product roadmap to advise clients
  • Mentor junior sales reps on direct sales best practices and HubSpot's growth culture

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B direct sales, preferably targeting mid-market enterprises (500+ employees)
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas in SaaS or CRM environments
  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms and inbound marketing principles
  • Experience selling to Japanese enterprises with 500+ employees
  • Fluency in Japanese (business level) and conversational English
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and events
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to manage a territory in Japan
