As an Account Executive, you'll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting high-potential leads to closing deals with marketing directors and CEOs. You'll leverage HubSpot's CRM to manage your pipeline, deliver compelling demos of our Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub, and exceed ambitious quotas in a high-energy, supportive team. Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities with mid-market companies in Benelux
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and close
  • Conduct product demonstrations showcasing HubSpot's CRM and inbound marketing tools
  • Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives and marketing leaders
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Marketing teams to ensure customer growth
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management via HubSpot CRM
  • Stay informed on Benelux market trends and competitive landscape
  • Participate in industry events and webinars to generate inbound leads
  • Contribute to HubSpot's HEART values (Humble, Empathetic, Adaptable, Remarkable, Transparent) in all interactions

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of full-cycle sales experience in SaaS or technology sales
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in the Benelux region
  • Fluency in Dutch and English; French is a strong plus
  • Strong understanding of CRM solutions and inbound marketing principles
  • Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise accounts
  • Ability to travel up to 25% within Benelux
  • EU work authorization required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
  • Knowledge of the Benelux tech or marketing ecosystem
  • Previous success in consultative selling of inbound methodologies
  • Familiarity with GDPR and regional data privacy regulations
  • MBA or advanced sales training certification
