Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new pipeline through inbound leads, outbound activities, and networking in the Benelux market
  • Conduct discovery calls and demos to understand customer needs and align HubSpot's CRM and inbound marketing solutions
  • Manage full sales cycle from lead qualification to negotiation and close, achieving quarterly quotas
  • Build and nurture relationships with mid-market Corporate accounts in Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Provide accurate forecasting and CRM updates in HubSpot to support sales leadership
  • Stay informed on competitive landscape and HubSpot product updates to effectively position our inbound methodology
  • Contribute to HubSpot's growth culture by mentoring peers and sharing best practices
  • Attend industry events and represent HubSpot at Benelux trade shows
  • Drive customer adoption of HubSpot's full growth stack post-sale

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of full-cycle sales experience in SaaS or technology sales, ideally in CRM or inbound marketing
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in the Benelux region
  • Fluency in English and Dutch (French is a plus)
  • Strong understanding of the Benelux market dynamics and business culture
  • Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise accounts
  • Ability to travel as needed within Benelux
  • Valid work authorization in the Netherlands, Belgium, or Luxembourg

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
  • Background in inbound marketing or digital sales strategies
  • Familiarity with Benelux tech ecosystem and key verticals like e-commerce or professional services
