Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities with UKI corporate accounts using HubSpot's CRM platform
  • Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and contract signing
  • Conduct product demonstrations showcasing HubSpot's inbound marketing, sales, and service hubs
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and expansion
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers, Customer Success, and Partners for seamless deal progression
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
  • Build long-term relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers
  • Provide market feedback to inform HubSpot's product roadmap and go-to-market strategy
  • Leverage data-driven insights from HubSpot CRM to optimize sales performance
  • Represent HubSpot at UKI industry events, webinars, and customer conferences
  • Mentor junior Account Executives and contribute to team sales training

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in SaaS or technology sales, ideally within CRM or inbound marketing
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas in the UKI market
  • Strong understanding of the UKI enterprise sales landscape and business challenges
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience selling complex SaaS solutions to mid-market or enterprise accounts
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages (French, German) advantageous
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for customer meetings and events
  • Full UK work authorization and based in London or surrounding area

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
