Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities with UKI corporate accounts
  • Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and contract signing
  • Conduct product demonstrations showcasing HubSpot's CRM and inbound marketing solutions
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers and Customer Success teams for seamless handoffs
  • Develop and execute territory plans to achieve and exceed quarterly quotas
  • Provide customer insights to inform product roadmap and marketing strategies
  • Stay current on competitive landscape and HubSpot product updates
  • Attend industry events and contribute to HubSpot's HEART culture initiatives
  • Accurately forecast sales pipeline and report on key metrics

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience in SaaS or technology sales, ideally within CRM or inbound marketing
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in the UKI market
  • Strong understanding of the UK and Ireland enterprise sales landscape
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience selling complex CRM solutions to mid-market or enterprise accounts
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages a plus
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for customer meetings and events

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
  • Background in inbound marketing or digital transformation sales
  • Existing network of contacts in UKI marketing and sales leadership
  • Familiarity with GDPR and UK data privacy regulations
  • Advanced certification in HubSpot Academy or equivalent sales training
