Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities with mid-market UKI companies
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and contract signing
  • Conduct product demonstrations showcasing HubSpot's CRM and inbound marketing solutions
  • Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers, Customer Success, and Marketing teams
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas (target OTE £120k+)
  • Develop territory plans and pipeline forecasts using HubSpot CRM
  • Stay informed on competitive landscape and HubSpot product updates
  • Participate in UKI industry events to generate leads and build brand awareness
  • Provide feedback to product teams on customer needs and feature requests
  • Mentor junior Account Executives on sales best practices

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in CRM or inbound marketing software
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in the UKI market
  • Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise accounts with ARR of £100k+
  • Strong understanding of the UKI business landscape and decision-making processes
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages (e.g., German, French) a plus
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for customer meetings and events
  • Full UK work authorization and based in London or surrounding areas

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HubSpot CRM, inbound marketing, or revenue operations tools
  • Background in selling to marketing, sales, or customer success teams
  • Familiarity with UKI data privacy regulations (GDPR) and compliance
