Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities with mid-market companies in the UKI region using HubSpot's CRM and inbound marketing tools
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and contract signing, consistently exceeding quarterly quotas
  • Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers to drive adoption of HubSpot's growth platform
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to deliver tailored demos and proof-of-concept pilots
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to identify expansion opportunities within assigned territories
  • Leverage HubSpot's inbound methodology to create personalized sales playbooks and content-driven outreach
  • Track and report on sales pipeline, forecasts, and key metrics using HubSpot CRM
  • Stay ahead of market trends in CRM, inbound marketing, and revenue operations to position HubSpot as the leader
  • Participate in UKI-specific events, webinars, and trade shows to generate pipeline and build brand awareness
  • Mentor junior Account Executives and contribute to HubSpot's HEART-powered growth culture through knowledge sharing

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally selling CRM or inbound marketing solutions
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota in a corporate sales role, with experience managing deals in the UKI market
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of the UKI business landscape and experience selling to mid-market or enterprise customers
  • Experience using CRM systems like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar for pipeline management
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages (e.g., German, French) a plus for UKI focus
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for customer meetings and events in the UK and Ireland
