Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities with French small businesses using HubSpot's CRM and inbound marketing tools
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, achieving monthly and quarterly quotas
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to SMB needs in inbound marketing and sales automation
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospects via phone, email, and video in French and English
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure seamless handoffs and customer growth
  • Utilize HubSpot's sales platform to track pipeline, forecast accurately, and optimize sales processes

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 2+ years of quota-carrying sales experience, ideally in SaaS or technology sales
  • Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth
  • Experience selling CRM, inbound marketing, or marketing automation solutions
  • Ability to work from Ireland with flexibility for EMEA time zones
