In this quota-carrying role, you'll drive revenue by selling HubSpot's integrated CRM, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub solutions to small businesses across France. Leveraging HubSpot's inbound methodology, you'll prospect innovative SMBs, deliver compelling demos, and close deals that help customers grow better. As part of our remote-first team in Ireland, you'll thrive in a high-energy environment fueled by our HEART values (Humble, Empathetic, Adaptable, Remarkable, Transparent), collaborating with global sales, success, and product teams to exceed targets and celebrate wins together. Your day-to-day will involve managing the end-to-end sales process: from identifying high-potential French leads via LinkedIn, email, and HubSpot tools, to qualifying opportunities, running personalized demos, negotiating contracts, and ensuring smooth handoffs to Customer Success. You'll use data from our platform to tailor pitches, overcome objections, and accelerate pipeline growth, all while staying ahead of market trends in France's vibrant small business landscape. Success here means consistently hitting 100%+ of quota, building a robust book of business, and contributing to HubSpot's mission of helping companies grow better with transparent, customer-obsessed selling.
