Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities with small businesses in France using HubSpot's CRM and inbound marketing tools
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and contract signing, achieving monthly and quarterly quotas
  • Conduct product demonstrations showcasing HubSpot's CRM, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub for small business needs
  • Build and nurture relationships with French SMB prospects via phone, email, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings
  • Collaborate with HubSpot's Customer Success and Marketing teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer growth
  • Leverage data-driven insights from HubSpot's platform to personalize outreach and drive pipeline velocity
  • Participate in HubSpot's HEART culture by contributing to team wins, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

  • Fluency in French and English (written and spoken), with experience selling into the French market
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience working remotely or in a distributed team environment, with strong time management skills
