Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the Mexican territory
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure using HubSpot CRM
  • Conduct product demonstrations showcasing HubSpot's inbound marketing and sales tools
  • Build and nurture relationships with Mexican prospects and customers
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to drive revenue growth
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
  • Provide insights on Mexican market trends to inform HubSpot's go-to-market strategy
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in HubSpot
  • Participate in trade shows, webinars, and events targeting Mexican businesses
  • Upsell and expand existing accounts in the territory
  • Report on sales performance and forecast accuracy to leadership

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or technology sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in the Mexican market
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
  • Experience selling CRM, inbound marketing, or marketing automation solutions
  • Ability to work from Colombia with travel to Mexico as needed
  • Strong understanding of the Mexican business landscape and LATAM sales dynamics
  • Valid work authorization in Colombia

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
  • Familiarity with inbound sales methodologies
  • MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field
