Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities with Mid-Market companies in Benelux
  • Conduct discovery calls, demos, and presentations showcasing HubSpot's CRM and inbound marketing solutions
  • Develop and execute territory plans to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers, Customer Success, and Marketing teams for seamless deal progression
  • Utilize HubSpot's sales tools to manage pipeline, forecast accurately, and report on performance
  • Drive customer adoption of HubSpot's full growth stack, including Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs
  • Attend industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities in the Benelux region
  • Provide market feedback to inform product roadmap and go-to-market strategies
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to HubSpot's high-growth sales culture

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of full-cycle sales experience in SaaS or technology sales, ideally in Mid-Market segments
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of CRM solutions and inbound marketing principles
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Dutch, French, or other Benelux languages is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience selling to Mid-Market companies (50-500 employees) in the Benelux region
  • Ability to travel as needed for customer meetings and events
  • EU work authorization and ability to be based in the Benelux region

  • Previous experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/inbound marketing platforms
  • Familiarity with the Benelux market dynamics and business culture
  • Demonstrated success in consultative selling and solution architecture
