You'll partner with marketing to leverage inbound leads while building your own pipeline through outbound efforts, always focusing on value-driven conversations with marketing directors, sales leaders, and CEOs. Success means consistently smashing quota through strategic territory management, precise forecasting in HubSpot CRM, and seamless collaboration with our Solutions and Success teams. Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities with mid-market companies in Benelux (100-1000 employees)
  • Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and contract signing
  • Conduct product demonstrations showcasing HubSpot's CRM, marketing, sales, and service hubs
  • Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers and Customer Success teams for seamless handoffs
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
  • Develop territory-specific strategies leveraging inbound marketing principles
  • Utilize HubSpot CRM to track pipeline, forecast accurately, and report on sales activities
  • Stay informed on Benelux market trends and competitive landscape
  • Participate in industry events and webinars to generate leads and represent HubSpot
  • Provide feedback to product and marketing teams on customer needs

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience in SaaS or technology sales, ideally in CRM or inbound marketing
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota in mid-market or SMB sales (deals $50K-$250K ARR)
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); Dutch or French language skills a strong plus for Benelux market
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience selling into the Benelux region with understanding of local business culture and regulations
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline and close deals independently
  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms and inbound marketing methodologies
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% within Benelux for customer meetings and events

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM tools
  • Background in marketing technology (MarTech) or revenue operations software
