Your day-to-day will involve owning the full sales cycle: from hunting net-new logos through targeted outbound campaigns and inbound leads, to delivering compelling demos that highlight how HubSpot transforms marketing, sales, and service teams. You'll partner with Solutions Engineers to tailor solutions for DACH-specific challenges, negotiate deals with executives, and ensure seamless onboarding to drive customer success and expansion. With a focus on mid-market accounts, you'll leverage HubSpot's inbound methodology to build pipeline, forecast accurately, and consistently smash quotas in a high-growth environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities with mid-market companies in the DACH region
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and contract signing
  • Conduct product demonstrations showcasing HubSpot's CRM, inbound marketing, and revenue orchestration capabilities
  • Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers and Customer Success teams for seamless handoffs
  • Develop and execute territory plans to achieve and exceed quarterly/annual quotas
  • Leverage HubSpot's growth tools to drive customer adoption and expansion
  • Provide market feedback to inform product roadmap and go-to-market strategies
  • Stay updated on DACH market trends and competitive landscape
  • Participate in industry events and contribute to HubSpot's HEART values (Humble, Empathetic, Adaptable, Remarkable, Transparent)

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in SaaS or technology sales, ideally in mid-market segments
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas consistently (top 20% performer)
  • Strong understanding of the DACH market dynamics, including German-speaking customer needs and business culture
  • Experience selling CRM, inbound marketing, or revenue operations solutions
  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles with mid-market accounts (50-500 employees)
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% within DACH region

Preferred Qualifications
