As an Account Executive - Mid Market, DACH, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to empower mid-market companies (50-500 employees) in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland to grow better using our industry-leading CRM, inbound marketing, and revenue operations platform. We're seeking a high-energy sales professional with a passion for helping customers achieve remarkable growth through data-driven strategies and our all-in-one Growth Platform. In this quota-carrying role, you'll thrive in our transparent, empathetic culture where HEART values guide everything we do. Your day-to-day will involve owning the full sales cycle: from hunting net-new logos through targeted outbound campaigns and inbound leads, to delivering compelling demos that highlight how HubSpot transforms marketing, sales, and service teams. You'll partner with Solutions Engineers to tailor solutions for DACH-specific challenges, negotiate deals with executives, and ensure seamless onboarding to drive customer success and expansion. With a focus on mid-market accounts, you'll leverage HubSpot's inbound methodology to build pipeline, forecast accurately, and consistently smash quotas in a high-growth environment. We're looking for someone who embodies our growth culture—adaptable, remarkable, and hungry to learn.
