HubSpot is seeking a high-energy Account Executive - Mid Market, DACH (Remote) to join our world-class Sales team. In this quota-carrying role, you'll drive revenue growth by selling HubSpot's powerful CRM, marketing, sales, service, and operations hubs to mid-market companies (50-500 employees) across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Leveraging HubSpot's inbound methodology, you'll transform how DACH businesses attract, engage, and delight customers, helping them scale with our all-in-one customer platform. Our growth culture empowers you with unlimited potential, cutting-edge tools, and a collaborative team obsessed with customer success. As an AE, you'll own the full sales cycle: from strategic prospecting and personalized demos highlighting HubSpot's AI-powered features like lead scoring, content optimization, and revenue orchestration, to navigating complex negotiations and closing deals worth $50K-$250K ARR. You'll partner with Solutions Engineers to craft winning proposals, use our CRM to maintain a robust pipeline, and forecast with precision.
