Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities within mid-market accounts in DACH region
  • Manage full sales cycle for deals targeting $50K-$250K ARR, from lead generation to negotiation
  • Conduct product demonstrations showcasing HubSpot's CRM, inbound marketing, and revenue orchestration capabilities
  • Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers in target accounts
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers, Customer Success, and Partners to deliver tailored solutions
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
  • Utilize HubSpot CRM to track pipeline, forecast accurately, and report on sales activities
  • Stay informed on DACH market trends, competitive landscape, and HubSpot product updates
  • Contribute to demand generation through events, webinars, and inbound lead follow-up
  • Provide feedback to product and marketing teams to enhance HubSpot's offerings for mid-market

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in CRM or inbound marketing software
  • Proven track record of closing deals in the mid-market segment (ARR $50K-$250K)
  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken); additional DACH languages (French, Italian) a plus
  • Experience selling into DACH region with understanding of local business culture and compliance (e.g., GDPR)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Demonstrated ability to manage full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and close
  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms and inbound marketing methodologies
  • Consistent overachievement of sales quotas (top 20% performer)

Preferred Qualifications
