You'll report to the France Sales Manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver remarkable results in one of Europe's most vibrant markets. Your day-to-day will involve owning the end-to-end sales process: from hunting net-new logos through targeted outbound efforts and inbound leads, to delivering compelling demos of HubSpot's Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub. You'll engage C-level executives and revenue leaders, uncovering their pain points in customer acquisition and retention, then positioning HubSpot as the solution to scale their businesses sustainably. With a focus on the French mid-market, you'll leverage your market knowledge to craft personalized outreach, navigate complex buying cycles, and close deals that fuel HubSpot's expansion in EMEA. Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities with mid-market companies in France
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and contract signing
  • Conduct product demonstrations showcasing HubSpot's CRM, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Marketing teams to ensure seamless handoffs
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
  • Develop and execute territory plans focused on French mid-market growth
  • Provide feedback to product and marketing teams on customer needs
  • Stay updated on inbound marketing trends and HubSpot platform updates
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities in France
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasting
  • Upsell and expand existing accounts within the mid-market segment

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or technology sales targeting mid-market accounts
  • Track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and inbound marketing principles
  • Experience selling to French mid-market businesses (50-500 employees)
  • Ability to travel as needed for customer meetings and events in France
  • Valid work authorization in France or EU

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms
  • Knowledge of the French tech ecosystem and mid-market buyer personas
