Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities with mid-market companies in France
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and contract signing
  • Conduct product demonstrations showcasing HubSpot's CRM, inbound marketing, and sales tools
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Partners to drive pipeline growth
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
  • Provide insights on market trends and customer feedback to inform product roadmap
  • Leverage HubSpot's growth tools to optimize your sales process and personal performance

  • Stay updated on inbound marketing best practices to position HubSpot as a thought leader

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or technology sales targeting mid-market accounts
  • Track record of exceeding sales quotas consistently (e.g., 100%+ quota attainment in previous roles)
  • Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken)
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and inbound marketing principles
  • Experience selling to mid-market companies (50-500 employees) in the French market
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for customer meetings and events
  • EU work authorization and ability to be based in France
